We're looking for volunteers to help create the latest digital health technology. Together we can change the face of healthcare.
To participate, sign up using your email and answer a few preliminary questions. If you meet the preliminary qualifications, you will be registered in the study. A Patient Experience Coordinator will contact you to walk you through the enrollment and informed consent process. From there, we'll send you a digital health technology device, similar to a smartwatch, to wear for the duration of the study.
The trial will also involve completing questionnaires about your lifestyle via mobile app once a month for 6 months.
